Hi!

This is WEN!

Therapy, for me, is a journey of rediscovering yourself. My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by living and working across cultures. Born and raised in China, I've lived in Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, Denmark, and the United States before settling in Hillcrest, San Diego with my partner. This multicultural journey has profoundly influenced how I understand identity, belonging, and the complexity of navigating multiple worlds.

My Background

I hold a bachelor's degree in marketing from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a master's in art history from the University of Glasgow. Before transitioning to therapy, I spent nearly a decade in consumer product marketing at multinational corporations, including Procter & Gamble and PepsiCo.

This background in understanding human behavior, combined with my training in visual storytelling and cultural analysis, shapes how I approach therapy—seeing clients' lives as complex narratives that can be reauthored.

My Philosophy

I believe that you are the expert of your own life. My role is not to "fix" you but to help you separate from problems, reconnect with your values, and co-create new possibilities.

Together, we will explore the hidden strength, wisdom, peace, and warmth in you. As a bilingual, bicultural therapist whose own journey has deepened my understanding of diverse identities, I'm honored to walk alongside you in your healing story. It would be my honor to be there when you are reintroduced to yourself and realize the forgotten gems in your own history.
